GardenDesigner.com RETURN POLICY
Gardendesigner.com guarantees all of our products against manufacturers defects or damages through shipping. If your shipment is defective or damaged through shipping we will gladly replace it with the same item free of charge. You must notify Gardendesigner.com within 3 business days of receipt in order to receive a replacement item. Customer must inspect all cartons for damages upon arrival and state specifically what is defective and have driver sign his or her name on the way bill or bill of lading provided by carrier at the time of delivery. Keep a copy of the way bill/bill of lading/delivery receipt to provide to Gardendesigner.com to indicate what is defective. Gardendesigner.com will not issue return authorizations or replace defective materials if notified of defective or damaged merchandise after 3 business days of receipt of merchandise.
GardenDesigner.com SHIPPING TERMS
We will assume that merchandise was received properly and in good condition and that the customer is satisfied. Items that are not defective or damaged and want to be returned by the customer will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping the items back to the manufacturer in its unused original condition within 14 days of receipt of goods and pay for the related shipping costs. Gardendesigner.com must be informed prior to the return of the unwanted merchandise or credit will not be issued to customer. Gardendesigner.com will credit your credit card for returned items minus the 15% restocking fee and shipping charges (from manufacturer to customer) 10 business days after receipt of returned item by manufacturer and gardendesigner.com's approval.
Some of our products are shipped from different suppliers via UPS, Fed Ex or common carrier for larger items Monday through Friday only. After you have made a purchase on Gardendesigner.com you can count on fast, reliable and safe delivery of each item. An order confirmation will be e-mailed to you showing what items you purchased, the expected ship date, ship time, and delivery instructions.
If you know of a date(s) when you cannot receive a shipment go to "Contact Us" and e-mail us at ask@gardendesigner.com. We will then be able to schedule your shipment accordingly. We cannot deliver your order via UPS or any other carrier to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO addresses.
Furniture or larger items may be delivered by a carrier other than UPS or Fed Ex. Your product will be delivered to your door or curbside and may require a signature to receive delivery. Your confirmation e-mail you will receive after purchasing your item will indicate this information under delivery instructions.
We provide in stock items on Gardendesigner.com. Occasionally there is an item that becomes unavailable. We will immediately inform you of this and let you know when your item will be available for shipment. At that time you may choose to have this item shipped to you. |
