Errors & Omissions
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Gardendesigner.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Gardendesigner.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Gardendesigner.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Miscellaneous
Gardendesigner.com reserves the right to change its policies and services, or to modify this Agreement, by posting a notice on the Site or by providing you with an email notice. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any changes. If Gardendesigner.com does not receive written notice of termination from you within fifteen (15) days after changes are posted, it will be assumed that you accept the changes. Prices are subject to change. If a discrepancy arises between an email-quoted price and the price quoted on Gardendesigner.com's checkout pages, the latter will prevail. Gardendesigner.com shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond Gardendesigner.com's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation.
